Section 1
Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 777i7 platform and all its services. "777i7", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the website https://777i7.lat and all associated digital services. "User", "player", or "you" refers to any person registered on, or intending to register on, the platform.

By creating an account on the 777i7 platform, logging in, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the 777i7 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must not be a resident of any area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must register with a valid mobile number and email address.
• Your account must be registered in your own name and for personal use only.

777i7 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are required to submit valid identity documents, and if any document is found to be false or misleading, the account will be closed.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. 777i7 is not liable for losses caused by third parties if your login details were leaked due to your own negligence.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, please notify us promptly. Providing false information may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

777i7 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposits must be sent from your own mobile banking account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking number registered on your account.

4.3 Transaction Verification

777i7 may request additional verification before approving any transaction. 777i7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will add the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, wagering = ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000. This means a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they can only be used for gameplay.
• The original deposited amount may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, but doing so will cancel any active bonus.
• 777i7 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion or withdraw a promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, use of software bots, etc.), the bonus will be forfeited.

Section 6
Gaming Rules

777i7 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

• Game outcomes are technically controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a round cannot be completed due to a technical error or disconnection, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, contact the support team immediately.
• 777i7 reserves the right to change odds in sports betting.
• 777i7 reserves the right to void odds or payouts issued due to an obvious error.

Section 7
Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777i7 platform:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence.
• Collusion or coordinating among multiple players to disrupt fair play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Abusing the promotions or bonus system.

If participation in any of the above activities is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Section 8
Limitation of Liability

The 777i7 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 777i7 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If gameplay or transactions are disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• For errors caused by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, etc.).
• If access to an account is lost due to the user's own negligence or security failure.
• In the event of unforeseen technical failures or force majeure circumstances.

In any case, 777i7's maximum liability shall be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 777i7

777i7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
